About Me.

Natasha Khan
I have always believed in the power of movement, whether it’s a powerful serve or a fluid stretch. My journey began on the tennis courts, where I competed professionally and gained firsthand experience of the body’s potential—and its limits. As a dedicated tennis player, I faced the physical demands and challenges that come with the sport: the repetitive strain, the agility required, and the mental toughness needed to stay at the top of my game.
Through the years, I worked closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and coaches to optimise my performance and recover from injuries. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how the body works, how it responds to stress, and most importantly, how to heal it effectively. It sparked my passion for the human body in all its complexity, leading me to pursue a career in osteopathy.

From Professional Tennis to Expert Osteopathy
Specialised Care for Tennis Players and Beyond
Tennis has always been my passion. As a former Under-18 National Champion and a top-380 WTA-ranked player, I’ve had the privilege of competing globally and representing Great Britain at Wimbledon and international tournaments. My experiences shaped my deep understanding of the body, injury management, and the resilience required for peak performance.
An injury ended my competitive tennis career but opened the door to a new passion: helping others achieve peak physical performance. After earning my Master’s in Osteopathy (M.Ost) in 2016, I’ve combined my sports background with advanced osteopathic techniques to support clients in injury recovery, movement improvement, and overall health.
With years of experience as an athlete, coach, and Wellness Centre Manager, I specialise in tailored treatments for tennis players and active individuals. Whether you need injury rehabilitation, postural assessments, or performance optimization, my holistic approach is designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and live pain-free.
